Kelly Friedlein


Mrs. Friedlein grew up in Le Roy, Illinois. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Library Science Education from Illinois State University, with a minor in History. After teaching in the Wapella and Clinton school districts, she started teaching in Fisher in 2000. This is her 25th year of teaching with 14 of those years at Fisher. She is the district Librarian, working with Kindergarteners through Seniors. She is a member of the Illinois School Library Media Association.


Mrs. Friedlein has two children, Kayla and Kyle. Both of them currently live in Champaign and attend college. She likes to read in her spare time and spend time with her cat, Cleo.
